Plans & subscription
Understand your subscription plan and its limits.
VehicleERP is a subscription service. Your dealership is on a plan that sets what you can do — for example, how many branches or vehicles you can have.
What a plan includes
A plan defines:
- The price and whether it's billed monthly or yearly.
- Limits on things like the number of branches, employees, or vehicles you can create.
Your specific limits may be adjusted for your dealership, so what you see is tailored to your subscription.
Checking your plan
Your Admin can view the active plan and its limits in the subscription area.

Reaching a limit
If you hit a limit — for example, the maximum number of vehicles — you won't be able to add more until you remove some or upgrade your plan. Contact your VehicleERP representative to change plans.
Renewals
Plans run for a set period (the start and end dates of your subscription). Keep an eye on the end date so your service continues uninterrupted. Your provider will guide you through renewal.
