• Usage information — device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and actions taken, collected automatically to keep the service secure and improve it.
• Communications — messages, feedback, and support requests you send to us.

We use the information we collect only to run and improve the service, and to communicate with you. Specifically, we use it to:

• Provide, maintain, and secure the VehicleERP platform and its features.
• Set up your account, respond to demo requests, and deliver customer support.
• Generate the analytics, reports, and AI-powered insights you ask for from your own data.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues.
• Send service updates, and — where you have opted in — relevant product news. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

The dealership data you enter into VehicleERP belongs to you. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf and only access it to operate the service, provide support you request, or as required by law. We do not sell your business data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the limited circumstances below:

• Service providers — trusted vendors (such as hosting, infrastructure, and analytics providers) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in control of your information.
