According to its own website (September 2026), Bill My Car is a platform for car dealers in India to generate billing and RTO documentation: GST or non-GST car invoices, sale letters and vehicle sale agreements, delivery notes, RTO Form 29 and 30 and the other RTO forms (28, 34, 35, 25, 26, 27, 31, 33, 29C), plus stock and lead management with ageing, one-tap stock sharing, a cash ledger, staff access, and document storage in your own Google Drive. It says dealers can start free, and describes itself as built for used, pre-owned and new car dealerships.
VehicleERP is used car dealership software that records every purchase, expense, commission, partner contribution and sale against the vehicle so profit per car, partner shares and GST all fall out of the same entries - with multi-branch operations, role-based staff access, and AI for pricing, ageing alerts, document scanning and daily summaries. Pricing is a 30-day free trial, then ₹1,499/month + GST per dealership.

- Choose Bill My Car if your main pain is paperwork: you need a clean GST or non-GST bill, a sale letter and the RTO forms for each sale, and you are comfortable tracking profit, partners and branches elsewhere.
- Choose VehicleERP if you want to know the real profit on every car, you fund cars with partners or investors, you run (or plan) more than one branch, or you want the GST ledger, staff roles and AI in the same system as your stock.
