By accessing or using VehicleERP, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms and that you accept them in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

VehicleERP is a complete platform built for vehicle dealers, covering inventory, purchases, sales, finance, GST, expenses, partners, employees, branches, documents, and analytics. We may add, change, or remove features to improve the service, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect how you use it.

To use the platform you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information and keeping it up to date.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• Ensuring the people you invite use the platform in line with these Terms.
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorised use or security breach.

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform except as permitted by law.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into VehicleERP. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and support the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle agreed when you subscribe. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. We will give reasonable advance notice of any change to pricing.

The VehicleERP platform, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding your data), is owned by BytezTech and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

We work to keep the service reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime, but we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to our systems. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Surat, Gujarat. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
