Specifications & features
Colours, body types, fuels, transmissions, owners, features, and loan providers.
These lists describe the details of a vehicle. Set up the ones you use, and they'll appear as dropdowns when you add a vehicle.
The lists
- Colours — the paint colours you stock.
- Body types — e.g. Hatchback, Sedan, SUV.
- Fuels — e.g. Petrol, Diesel, CNG.
- Transmissions — e.g. Manual, Automatic.
- Number of owners — e.g. 1st owner, 2nd owner.
- Car features — equipment and features (e.g. sunroof, alloy wheels). Some features can hold a custom value.
- Loan providers — banks or financiers, used when a vehicle has an existing loan.
How to manage them
Each list works identically:
- Open the list from Master → the list name.
- Tap Add, enter the name (and any extra fields), and save.
- Edit or delete from the row actions, or set an entry Inactive to hide it.

Only add what you use
You don't need to fill every list exhaustively. Add the options your dealership actually deals with; you can always add more later.
