One entry, three places updated
When you record a purchase, VehicleERP does three things at once: the car appears in inventory with its cost basis, the amount paid (or owed) posts to the finance ledger, and the seller is saved as a party you can find again. There is no second sheet to update and no reconciliation at month-end.
What the purchase module records
- Seller details - an individual, another dealer, or an auction - saved in your parties list for repeat business.
- Purchase price, payment mode, advance paid and balance due, with dates.
- RC book, previous insurance, invoice and transfer forms attached to the car.
- Which branch bought the car, and which partner (if any) funded it.
Scan, don’t type
Photograph an invoice or an RC and VehicleERP’s AI reads the registration number, make, model, year and other details and fills the fields for you. You check and confirm instead of typing - which is faster, and removes the copy errors that quietly corrupt a spreadsheet.
